  • So I ask my daughter in law to send money to the Philippines and told her just to tell them my phn number so they can just look it up if who's the person that I need to be send to, instead they ask her to fill out the paperwork with all the information, I been going to different western onion locations for 30 years and this is the only location that I can say that their customer service is horrible including the manager's name Kianna she needs to be retrain she so very rude
