Had a leak in a shower into the basement and called Priority. The first time they simply didn't show in their 3 hour window. I had to call and they told me they'd called to cancel (but they did not). They said they could reschedule for the next day, another 3 hour window. They called 15 minutes before the end of THAT window to say they couldn't make it. We accepted their THIRD reschedule because at that point we were in a bind, and they DID show that time. Plumber was nice, fixed the problem (but had to come back a fourth time). Support staff was unprofessional and borderline rude. Won't use them again, I don't have the time to wait around for 6 plus hours to see if they will show up for their "guaranteed service".
