rev:text	Last Friday morning, I noticed my thermostat was at 83 though it was set at 80. Sure enough, the air coming out was not cold. I filed a claim online with HWA, my home warranty. They gave me the name of a first provider who I immediately called and they couldn't come till Tuesday. I called HWA back and said they absolutely had to find an AC company who would come that same day to determine what the problem was and hopefully be able to fix it. They called me back 15 minutes later and informed me that Just Better Air Conditioning would be there between 3 and 7. They showed up around 5:30 after the tech had called to give me a 30 min heads up. They determined fast enough that the defrost control board was the culprit and unfortunately, due to the holiday weekend, they wouldn't be able to get the part from the Trane dealer until Tuesday. Given that my unit is 15 years old, it's not the type of part the AC would keep in inventory. They called me first thing on Tuesday am to let me know that a part had been located and they would be installing it the next day between 8-12. Today, Roland came around 11:45, replaced the board and also checked everything else including the actual insulation of the unit. He noticed it was not right and fixed it. Strangely enough it had not been checked during my tune-up by another company back in march. Bottom line: they were on time, kept me updated, were courteous (both customer service and the 2 technicians) and were thorough. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on for my yearly checkups.
