Great staff and beautiful interiors.
Be careful, though if you're staying in the "Euclid Tower" portion of the hotel, though. Avoid it if you can. Essentially, you'll have to walk an entire city block from the lobby across a mall to get to your room. No access from the street near the elevator. Terribly inconvenient.
The bed was also probably the worst thing I've ever laid down on. Horrible back and neck pain when I woke up.
Staff was courteous, friendly and made amends for the bad night's sleep.
