The first time I came here I bought a bunk bed for my boys, it was twice the quality and half the price of the Roomstore, who stole my money, wanted. The place is massive with an even larger warehouse attached that you can pick up your purchases anytime you want. It has a snack bar that I hear the hotdogs are great but they were sold out. The staff were courteous but I was mildly annoyed with the salesperson following me yet I understand that he works on commission and was laying claim to my purchase. I would like if they had green lights throughout the store that said customer service. That way when a customer had a question or wanted to make a purchase they could turn on the light and the nearest salesperson would arrive to help out the customer. This would prevent customers from complaining of no sales persons found and the other side of the coin that of stalking salesperson. The customer gets them when they want them. Anyway, this was the best purchase experience that I have ever had and I will buy all of my furniture from here forever. I need to replace my living room furniture over the next year and after that I would like to replace my bedroom set, so they will see me again. The atmosphere here was nearly universally pleasant, it is what I imagined IKEA would be like until I went to IKEA and couldn't understand all the hype about flimsy products from the 70's. My enjoyable experience here even almost wiped the bad taste of the Roomstore from my mouth. I see by the reviews that most customers complaints were about delivery, when I bought the bunk bed I wanted it that day so I threw it in my truck that day. I appreciate the input and will avoid the delivery pitfall.
