We stopped in at Tapas Papa Frita after plans to go to another restaurant fell through. The atmosphere was fun. There was a live entertainment, a band and dancer. We ordered the chef's 9 plate tasting menu since we were not familiar with the restaurant. Overall, the food was tasty and prepared well. The beef in particular was very good. Our server was really nice but did not check in very often and service was a little slow. I do recommend trying out the tasting menu. Oh, and the bread is phenomenal. I would give an extra half star for it if I could.
