  • I took my car to Gilbert Family auto a week ago for the first time. I was very impressed at the time they spent to find out what was wrong with my car. I felt like they took a personal interest in me and my car. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and reliable car repair. Its rare to find a shop that takes great care of the customer. They really spent a lot of personal time to research my problem, and they did a great job fixing it.
