It's underwhelming at best. Of the dozen or so stores I wandered into, only the Banana Republic and Sketchers seemed to have a decent selection. The whole mall is an "outdoor" mall, somewhat like Tempe Marketplace, except the walkways are super wide and the shade structures are not well-planned. This is only April and already it was a too-hot concrete jungle, and the sun was in my eyes for most of the loop. I wouldn't dare coming here in the heat of summer.
Also, I've never noticed this problem at other outdoor malls (like San Tan Village & Tempe Marketplace), but I got cigarette smoke in my face about every 20 feet. Either this place attracts smokers (after only being open a week), or there aren't laws/ordinances here since it's on reservation land. Regardless it was really off-putting. I don't think I'll be back unless I want to go to a specific store.
