  • I was super excited to see a boba place so close to home. The shop is a cute little place with a huge selection to choose from including milk teas, different kinds of jellies, and even blended drinks. The only thing that struck me weird was the service. The woman working the counter was kind and accommodating to the other family ahead of me, but once it came to servicing me, she rolled her eyes at me and asked me, "What do you want?" She was just downright rude. It was odd and unprofessional, and I'm hoping that maybe I caught her on an off day, but then again, you'd figure they'd at least give you decent service. I also just looked at the other reviews after writing this and saw similar comments. You can make a good product but if you have crappy service and treat people poorly, no one who gets treated this way will want to return. The way you treat people is a reflection of YOU.
