  • This company is a joke. We called to get an estimate for our house. They came when they said they would and everything seemed fine. But, we NEVER got our estimate. I had to call to ask for it. None of them knew anything about our estimate. After a few minutes of detective work they finally found it and emailed it over. THEN, we wanted to schedule an estimate for the drywall, which our estimator said they did. No one called to set up an appointment with us, like he said they would. So once again I had to chase them to basically give them my money. We set it up, and once again someone came down when they said they would. This was on a Friday. He said that we would get an estimate first thing Monday morning. Monday came. No estimate. I called them, the girl who answered had a million excuses and told me that she would talk to my estimator first thing in the morning and get the estimate to me that day as well. Well the next day (Tuesday) came. And no estimate. I called, and the same girl said that our estimator wasn't even working that day. So she would have to talk to him on Wednesday. At this point I was really pissed, and she really didn't seem to care. We were told we were getting it Monday. Then Tuesday. Then Wednesday. It's now Thursday and we still have not received the estimate!!! I guess they just have soo much money, they don't need any more. You have to chase these people around and basically do their job for them. They are an absolute joke. I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would urge people to not use them. Horrible experience.
