  • I have been searching on Yelp for the right salon in Scottsdale and found this one to be the most "trusted" with the great reviews. I passed by the place and decided to go for a hair trim. The lady at the front desk set me up with an older lady. I asked her if she could just trim my hair. I have an A-Line so I asked if she could jus make sure she doesn't take away from it and make me look like I have a straight across cut. Well, I ended up with my A-Line gone, bob cut with jagged edges and some chunks of hair longer than others. I had to ask her a couple times to fix certain spots of my hair. Usually, when u leave a salon with your haircut it looks healthier but my hair looks so jagged and unhealthy I have to go do my research to get it fixed and cut a lot shorter which I am so disappointed about. To top it off she charged me $75 for the haircut. I am really displeased the owner would put his name on a salon and let a stylist with poor skills work there.
