  • I own a commercial building that has had some vandalism. I needed 2 roof top package units. I got a quote for $12,500. That included parts and labor. I called out another company to give me another quote. Perfect air came by and quoted me $9,250. I thought ok well maybe 3rd time is a charm and the 3 rd quote will be even lower. It wasnt. The 3rd bid was for $14,250. I hired perfect air and pipe and my building is cooling just fine. I paid half up front and they had the work done within hours. They had 4 techs working almost all day they all seemed to be working relatively quickly. I have a great warranty now and I am happy with the results. I spent a lot of money but I think that I got good bang for my buck.
