  • This company is garbage. They have taken over my HOA community in the Northwest and do nothing. My car was towed from my front yard for being parked there after 4 hours. Other cars are blatantly parked in yellow tow zones and in front of garages all night and nothing gets done. They send my crap violations for "improper gating" when there are janky-oil-leaking cars parked in front of my area. I've written them several times and their only excuse is "Some owners just don't follow the rules" which I believe is completely insulting. Over the summer their pool "security guard" is harassing and won't let you use the pool properly. My guests can never find parking but the owners park their cars where ever they shall please and NO ONE gets towed. What's worse is that when I did call the number on the gate to retrieve the car it wasn't even the same company. So no one wants to take ownership of this mishap that cost me $350.
