  • God, I hate this place. This is my second time here, I was trying really hard to give them a second chance. I won't even talk about my first visit.... This time I went on a Sunday with a friend to get a pedicure. It was a gorgeous day in winter, so I figured they would be busy. They said about one hour wait, so we gave them our phone number and went shopping next door. About 45 minutes later we returned and waited until the one hour originally quoted was up. We asked and she said about another 30 minutes. After this we went and asked again, as it didn't seem like anyone was going back to get theirs done. The receptionist said "well we are really busy" and I said, "well it's been over an hour and a half, and we were told one hour" she said, "well we have appointments coming in, so it will probably be close to another hour or so, but idk for sure..." This customer service is absolutely ridiculous. If you told me over 2 hours from the start thats fine, I wouldn't have waited here. They just make you keep waiting and waiting and waiting. If there is anywhere else you are considering to have your nails done, go there instead. I promise, anything is better than Magic Nails! I would give negative stars if I could.
