  • So I went to buy a used tire from these guys. As they were removing the tire they damaged my lug nuts and then told me that this was normal. I got upset and asked for a manager. This guy indicated he was the manager/owner. He was more concerned about my tone with him then why I was upset he tried to condone his employees actions. He told me he owned a Mustang and when I asked if I had done damage to his vehicle I wonder if he would have been upset. He got quiet so I guess I hit the nail on the head. He did replace the lug nuts with new ones but I never got a apology for what they did. I will never go here again nor will I recommend this place to anybody. Customers beware make sure you watch them carefully so they don't damage your vehicle. Seems to me someone would think over there and know that u can't make tools fit every vehicle. Invest in knowledge and tools. I would have went some where else but I had a tire separating from the tread.
