  • I had made reservations for 10 at painting with a twist several weeks in advance of the selected date. I wasn't told at the time we needed to arrive early as it was a first come first serve basis. I guess I assumed by paying $350 I would have ten seats (together) available. I was wrong. We arrived at 650p for a 700p appt and there were not enough seats available. A young man attempted to help us but he said the other customers were being uncooperative by not moving to accommodate us. Plus people were sitting nearly on top of each other. The owner was called to the front when I wanted my money back. It was refunded without problems. The owner never spoke to me or apologized for the situation. I felt that was extremely rude and poor customer service. I would never return to that location. So much for a fun birthday time.
