  • When you live in the desert, AC is crucial, even moreso than water at times. ACE was professional and courteous when they came out to service my parent's AC unit. The staff is responsive and generally accommodating to your needs, given the peak season where everyone wants their home to feel like an igloo. The field techs are hard working and knowledgeable of what works best for your needs. The only reason it is a star short is because the tech had damaged the attic opening but I credit anyone willing to go up and suffer the inferno of a crawl space. I read the various reviews and given I've used ACE several times for my family needs, my experience has been great and would recommend them!
