  • When my wife and I decided it was time to start looking at the possibility of purchasing a home we immediately called Brandy. It was as if we could hear her rolling up her sleeves over the phone. She asked us a few questions and said "Ok, now watch the magic happen!" Brandy and her team are absolutely amazing to work with. They listen to you and supply you with a wealth of information based on what you are looking for. Buying a home is a huge decision and having a team who really cares about finding you the right home makes the process so much easier. We asked to see a bunch of homes and because we both work, the time of day varied tremendously but each and every time Brandy and/or Terry showed up on time with big smiles on their face ready to show us the home. Once we found our home Brandy negotiated our deal like the true professional she is. The level of knowledge and service her and her staff provide by far exceeds the service you will get from any other company. In a nut shell if you are looking to buy or rent a home you are crazy if you don't enlist the help of Brandy and her team at IRES. Just sayin!
