  • It's tough for to give one star as I love the facility, the vibe and Holly Miller is an amazingly talented spin instructor. Where this location fails is their customer service. There is no number to call to even talk to someone. And forget about getting a return phone call. It simply won't happen. A friend invited me along with several other people to take a class and at least 2 other people couldn't get registered. In fact, I was told the owner themselves would call or email me and never did despite my repeated attempts. This place would get five stars if they could clean up their customer service.
