  • Terrible Homebuilder! We were very close to purchasing a new home in Summerlin with CalAtlantic and so glad we didn't! This builder will rip you off! The standard items any other builder will include in a home, and should include like a coat closet, linen cabinets, electrical outlets, etc. this builder will charge you for! The tiniest lots had lot premiums on them, anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000! The master bedroom had such a small closet, there would be no way two could share it! This builder will be the lowest in price to draw you in, and after adding all the options you need in a home (which should be standard) your home will be the most expensive! We spoke with neighbors in the tract before putting any earnest money down and so glad we did. This builder has a horrible reputation! BUYER BEWARE!
