  • Digestif is a breath of fresh air in a city full of nothing new. As a hotelier and concierge i look for places that will provide and unique and amazing experience for all of my guest. Digestif is a great option for guest looking for something a little different but still exhilarating. The style of the restaurant is elegant yet contemporary with a combination of oranges and grays really set the mood for a dark setting. The PLT's are AWESOME. It has become my favorite sandwich in town. The variety of cheeses are great to go with an amazing wine list (the restaurant has the ability to get wines from Kazmerez Wine Bar b/c its owned by the same people). Take your time and go to Digestif with an open mind. After reading these reviews it sounds like these people need to stick to their conventional Steaks and Seafood. I want something new, something fresh and something Fun. Digestif provides all that along with great service, fun drinks, and not to mention that they are the only "green" restaurant in Arizona by using every piece of meat that's brought into their restaurant and by buying all their produce from local vendors.
