Recommended by a family member to visit here since she's a regular. FYI, I take care of my own feet and have been doing so for the past year just because of past experiences so they are pretty low maintenance. I decided to come because of time constraints as we were preparing for an event. We were told the place gets pretty packed so made sure to make reservations for mani/pedis. We had an appt for 5pm and since we had time to spare, decided to head over there early. Got there at 4:30pm and they were already prepared. They offer free beverages: soda drinks, water and wine. My pedicure experience was a 2.5 out of 5. I didn't notice a pumice stone so I knew it wasn't going to be a good one. The guy was sweet. Made conversation but not sure how experienced he was in doing pedicures. He used nothing on the scrubber to remove callus that I might've had. Then, he put the scrub on my legs instead of on my feet which I thought was odd. And it obviously hurt. After he polished them, I helped him by pointing out areas of the nail that needed to be cleaned up. Even after, there was still polish left on my cuticle that I ended up removing. I decided last minute not to get a manicure and opted for just polish because I feared they'd cut my cuticles. The woman was quick with very few mistakes. When I got done and waited for the rest of my party to finish up, I noticed the soles of my feet were cut so remember the part about him not being an scrub (buffing agent) on the scrubber when he was doing my feet? That was the result. I'm giving it 2 stars because of the service. Oh, there's NO WIFI.
