  • I checked in at 3:00 for my 3:10 appointment. I was still waiting at 3:50 so I finally asked what was taking so long. Apparently, they switched systems and my name didn't show up on their schedule. They asked if I would like to reschedule. Um, no thanks. I will take my business someplace else.
