| - I went there yesterday for an oil change, alignment, balance and tire rotation. I brought my own oil and filter, and discount coupons I found online. The lady at the front desk told me I couldn't use the coupons because it was going to be more expensive that way, and she needed to charge me $15 extra for using my oil instead of theirs. I found it odd since I'm only paying for labor but I agreed to it because I was already there. Then she proceeded to talk over me non-stop and throwing at me all kinds of numbers that never made sense. I told her what I wanted to be done several times but she was busy taking over me and going to the mechanics area to smoke.
Long story short, they never used the my oil, just my filter and left the oil on the front seat (????). I went back to ask about it and she blew up in my face, for no reason at all, yelling "I'm done with you, leave!". At that point I knew I was dealing with someone mentally unstable. Also, she did not want to let me speak to her manager saying "I won't let you speak with anyone, you need to get out now!". There was another customer there witnessing what was happening and he was surprised of how she was handling the situation. He also told me that they striped his van's oil plug and blew the engine up.
She did not offer any type of solution. She kept yelling at me, could not find the work order I signed, she showed my a different work order that didn't show what I originally requested and to top it off she yanked the page out of my hand and left outside to smoke. I guess smoking is a top priority, assisting your customer and solving an issue that you caused is not.
Finally, after 30 min, I spoke to the district manager after going to speak with the mechanics because the front desk woman left to smoke and was pretending that I wasn't there. The DM agreed to do the work I asked in the first place and apologized for the inconvenience, so did the mechanic who handed me the keys back.
I will never go back to this place, I went there because I was close but I normally take my car to Eurowise. If I treat a customer the way that this woman treated me my boss would have terminated my job less in than 1 second. This lady is driving your business down and it seems that is not an issue to them since I read quite a few complaints about her here.
The mechanics may be great, but this woman is ruining it for them. It was my first and last time there. Not coming back again!!
