My home warranty company sent out Alan's on a Friday. The technician told me just a quick fix was needed to band aid the issue and was not allowed to replace the water heater, which is what was really needed, bc my HWC wouldn't cover it so soon into my new contract with them. As soon as the technician left the issue became exponentially worse. I was notified by a neighbor that water was pouring all over the place outside of my home. My husband called the Alan's tech and was told sorry he was off the clock. My HWC then sent them back out on Monday! They apparently don't offer emergency services for a Saturday or Friday evening call. The same tech showed back up and was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE to me I could NOT believe it. Called me a liar about the water and said he didn't feel there was really an issue and was documenting such to report back to my HWC. As if I would just call them back out for fun! We kept the water shut off to the home as much as we could over the weekend. Which is a blast with a 3 year old. And were constantly sweeping the pouring water so it would not seep in to the house or flood the entry way area. To say This company was LESS than satisfactory is a complete and total understatement. I was shocked. Oh, and the issue is STILL NOT rectified. What a waste of my time and patience. AND $70 service fee for this kid to show up and not know what the hell he was doing. Zero Customer Service.
