Second visit today. Not as impressed. My pedicure was just as good as before. What was lacking was professionalism and customer service. They evidently make "appointments" without really using any sort of schedule. My appointment didn't begin until about 30 minutes after the planned time. I watched as numerous customers with appointments either waited 30 minutes or walked out. They took walk ins before customers who did have appointments. Another customer wanted a "flower" design on a single toe and was told they didn't have time to do it!
The employees often speak in another language, apparently at times about the customers. Kind of uncomfortable.
Lastly, there's cigarette smoke that wafted in the open door repeatedly. Not sure if the employees are smoking outside the door. And, there's a baby in a walker toddling around and getting into the chemicals and tools. I saw him there last time and figured it was just a challenging childcare situation, but now it seems maybe a more permanent arrangement.
I hope they resolve the issues as I like to support small businesses and this could be a nice place.
