  • I'm actually pretty impressed with this place. Not because it's convenient and close to my house. The ice cream is good and they carry flavors you can't buy from the supermarket. I previously rated Kaleidoscoops two stars and that may have been too harsh. After rating them two stars and visiting periodically within that last three months I realize they carry something that is missing a lot in businesses these days and that's customer service. Every time I go in there whether it's busy or not,they take the time to take care of the customer. Even with the change up of the staff recently, the customer service continues to be awesome. Although they may not always carry my favorite flavor, they do a damn good job at service.
