  • I typically like going to this store for the wide selection and availability of styles/brands/colors, but this was not the case with my most recent experience. I needed specific uniforms for my new job, went here, found a style that I wanted, but was met with a poor selection of sizes. I asked to order the sizes in the uniforms I wanted. The customer service associate helped me place the order for the sizes I needed. I was told that my order would be ready to pick up in TEN days. I followed up in ten days to pick up my order, only to be told that it would actually take 2 weeks for my order as they like to order in bulk and not individually to save money (not my problem). The representative helping me didn't seem to care that I was disapointed in their services as I told them to cancel the order and I will just buy online from another retailer. That sucks for them, because I would have spent $200+ with LV Uniforms. I probably won't be coming back. I'll continue to buy with another store closer to my home where they are more helpful or just place orders online.
