$17 for a yard's worth of slurpee loaded up with some hooch. Ordinarily, I should be fond of finding a huge ole' drink for under $20 on the Las Vegas Strip. However, these glorified slurpees with rum in them were kind of disgusting and the novelty of walking around with one of these out on the street quickly faded away. However, it was the boy's first time in Vegas, so it had to be part of the agenda. He went with a yard of the Hawaiian Punch with an extra shot (this tasted a little of the popular old soft drink of the same name), but since the rum is placed on the bottom and then topped with daiquiri mix, this tasted pretty medicinal since it wasn't shaken or mixed up. I went for a yard of the King Cola w/ rum. Again, all the rum was at the bottom, which made for a very strong and not-balanced drink. I guess this place is good for those just looking to get wasted, but perhaps I have been spoiled by LA bars where the bartenders actually care about how the drinks taste and oh...$17 would get you something magical. *shrug* I probably won't come back here any time soon, although the outdoor patio near the small lounge looked real nice. Cheap quality at not cheap prices-- you're better off sitting around the penny slots waiting for the free cocktail lady to walk by.
