| - If I could give zero stars, I would.
I work for a busy property management company. Most of our rentals have home warranties, such as Old Republic and First American, due to the frequency of repairs needed. We recently had an a/c issue on one of our homes, and contacted ORHW to send a vendor out for service. This was the company that was selected by ORHW randomly from their list of vendors, which we don't have any control over.
The vendor contacted our tenant, per our request, to schedule the service within a specific time frame. Unfortunately, our tenant had car problems upon leaving work, and contacted Air One immediately to reschedule the appointment. The person she spoke with was "Donna," who our tenant claimed was rude. Our tenant had difficulty re-scheduling anything around her work schedule, though she called twice. To quote what "Donna" told our tenant, "Honey... we ALL work."
In a follow up call to our office (most likely an attempt to cover her backside), "Donna" claims that Air One does not schedule appointments past 4:00 pm, and abruptly instructed us to "call someone else." She also unapologetically confirmed having made that quote to our tenant when asked.
We find that an a/c company doesn't work past 4:00 pm during a busy, hot season in Las Vegas very hard to believe. In a follow up call this morning to complain about the situation, ORHW agreed, and granted our demand that they no longer issue Air One to ANY of our properties in the future.
I can only hope that they permanently remove Air One as a provider from their vendor list for any future repair requests made by anyone. We have had the pleasure of working with other, more reputable companies with much better customer service. That said, I would NEVER recommend anyone contact Air One for their a/c and heating needs.
