  • First experience was a round trip flight from Phoenix to Vegas and back over a weekend. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, especially from an airline. They are liars, and CHEAP for a REASON. They wouldn't turn on the AC on the plane in PHOENIX where it's HOT in the DESERT until we were up in the air. Who does that? That is absolutely ridiculous. Then on our return flight they were very secretive about why our flight was delayed and we caught them in a lie. After about 30 people pissed off at the gate waiting around for 5 hours, about 2 and a half hours into the wait they finally said it was due to "mechanical issues". Then why when the plane got there did one of the flight attendants say when we asked what the mechanical issue was "we didn't have any mechanical issues"????????????? Shady shady shady. Stay away from this airline. Go spend an extra $100 to fly through a major airline. Allegiant is not worth it at all. You get what you pay for.
