  • I hate this place! I'm not one to just sit here and complain on Yelp. But when I first moved in I gave a thousand security deposit. When I was moving out they said that they didn't have a statement ready for me weeks later I called back from my statement and to get my security deposit back and they said I owed on top of my one thousand dollar security deposit another $400 for "Damages". I only lived there for 11 months and I did not damage anything the only thing was one door that had a hole in it. I do not have any money to hire a lawyer so I'll have to pay the extra $400 I supposedly owe so I don't ruin my credit. Sad how people have to take advantage of regular hard working people just so they can make extra money. Right now I'm renting from a nice old lady she treats me good and I don't have to put up with that crap . For anybody moving into an apartment just keep looking. Do not move into this place or any other place is owned by the same management they scam innocent people. It's sad. It's very sad.
