  • Not a fan of this place. I usually go to Polish Me Pretty Nail Bar but they were closed for renovation so I came her in a pinch. I really wanted to like this place because it was next door to European Wax Center where I get my brows done but I was disappointed. I got the gel manicure and a pedicure with callus removal for $50 before tip. This is exactly what I would pay at the other shop I go to but the quality here was not as good. Removing old gel probably takes about 10-15 minutes tops. Here I had to sit through 4 rounds of soaking before he could take off the gel all the way. I could have been patient about waiting but the technician was very huffy and annoyed when my gel wouldn't come off. Its not like I put the polish on! Also when the gel was setting he made me take my hands out before the full minute was up and had me keep switching them at weird intervals. He seemed really annoyed when I didn't take my hands out quick enough. Four days later there is obvious wear at the tips of my nails. Not impressed by the quality for the price or by the customer service.
