After driving past it a few times I finally found Sin City smokers. It is a few blocks from where I work and I was excited to see a new place in the area, especially some BBQ. I entered the place and went to the front to look at the menu on the wall. I saw what I wanted and waited by the register for a few minutes until someone came out from the back. They were kind enough to explain some of the options on the menu and I placed my order.
I went with the Brisket ( a 1/4 lb) and it came with raw onions and a pepper. I really just wanted meat, raw onions are not appetizing to me but the grilled pepper had some nice flavors. I also had a 1/2 rack of ribs. The ribs were decent, nothing out of this world or something I would go back for. The brisket was dry and I was thankful they put sauce in my bag so it was more edible. It did have a nice outer crust and smoke ring, just not juicy as I have had it elsewhere. Looking at the different sides I went with the mac and cheese, they call it another name but that's what it was. It was a super small portion, a few bites and there is a cheese it on top. I see all the trophies when walking in and I hope they do well here but I would not be a return customer.
