I found Mindful Bodyworks through Passport to Prana. The space is really nice and open, and I second Jeff's comment on how clean it is. Everything is on the second floor and filled with large windows that let in a lot of sunlight. Change rooms have lockers with keys provided.
The class I took was with Chrys, who has a great teaching style that I've only seen in one Iyengar instructor thusfar. He's extremely in tune with how your body should move properly and his verbal cues show it. Intensity level was a little lower than I expected for a level 1-2 but seeing as there was only another person in the class, it makes a lot sense for an instructor to take it a little easier on the me, the newbie. In fact, I really appreciate Chrys' effort to keep our small class inclusive for me.
This place definitely deserves a repeat and I plan on getting a multi-class pass once I have more free time.
