I've never had any issues ordering my drinks from this particular Starbucks until today.
I ordered a grande latte with the ice on the side so I don't have to go through the hassle of taking out the excess ice myself as I've done in the past.
Long story short I get to the drive thru window to retrieve my drink and I'm met with a grande latte cup half full!
Yes. That is correct I had a half full grande drink. I would like to know when did my grande drink become a tall of a sudden. I've never had this happen before.
When I asked the guy if he could fill it up to the appropriate level he said he is not suppose to, because Starbucks has a "rule" that they only fill their cups up to a "certain line".
Are you for real??? This was such an absurd thing that I didn't want to argue about it and just took my drink and left. My question for the people who work here is what happened to the "we'll make your drink the way you want it if it's not right???
I don't feel like coming back to this particular Starbucks again. This whole ridiculous episode makes me think why do I bother spending $5 for coffee if I'm going to get hassled over 2 oz of milk that should have been in my cup in the first place.
