I have taken my sewing machine there several times before and for $90.00 and an extra $20.00 rush fee, they were able to tune up my machine within 3 days.
Unfortunately, this last (and final incident) they earned a big fat 1, a zero if there was an option for it.
On October 27th, I finally felt that I could wait the 2 weeks and not pay the extra $20. I called on November 9th, a day before my machine was suppose to be ready and the associate informed me that they were still working on the machines that were in on October 23rd and that my machine should be ready in another 3 or 4 days.
At this point, I was willing to wait another 3 or 4 days, I received a call 3 days later from one their service people and told me my machine needed repairs and that after I authorize them to fix it for the cost of $193.00.
I asked how long the repairs will take, since they obviously waited 2 and a half weeks to even look at my machine. They said it would be another week. Again, I call a day before my machine would be ready and they told me they were waiting for a part to come in and this part could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to get in.
I was furious, since sewing is my only source of income and my main machine would be in their shop. I told them I would be picking up my machine.
I go there today and my machine was not even completely put back together and my machine is currently in worse condition now than when I gave it to them.
