| - At first it was all diamonds and rainbows. We went into Bob's furniture on November 19. I had just finished renovation on my basement, and now it was time for furniture. So on the 19th we scheduled our delivery for today December 17. Two days ago we were given a courtesy call that our 1,000 dollars worth of furniture would be delivered between noon and 5 o'clock today. Both my wife and I accepted the dilivery time. Fast forward to today. I patiently waited for the big truck. My wife was quite excited, I went into Bob's online delivery tracker, I put my number in and it responded with sorry your furniture can not be tracked at this time. Now we were a little uneasy. Next I called this store, Monroeville bobs, where we ordered our furniture. They transfered me to Arizona to speak with a jackass that used "um", and "like" every three words. I was told by him that someone had canceled our order, then he proceeded to question if myself or my wife had canceled. I told him NO why would we! We had planned our whole weekend around our Saturday delivery. He then went on to tell me that there is no name behind who had canceled, but there was no chance that we would get our furniture today because it was never loaded onto the truck. At this point I'm pissed! So once I got off of the phone with him I called back to Monroeville. I spoke with the manager who had told me she didn't know why it was cancelled or by whom, but she was able to reschedule for Tuesday the 20th. I asked what time and she said she didn't know we would get another text letting us know two days prior to delivery. Before hanging up I asked if we could get our refund for delivery charge, she said she would authorize that we get 50% of our delivery charge back once the items are delivered. The worst part of all of this is that we were told/promised that our experience at bobs would be way better that our awful experience at Levin furniture down the road. So far we are not impressed!
