  • So I have been in a few times to this location and boy are they always super busy. Regardless of the amount of people waiting I have never been rushed with questions on my account. Armando G. is a true professional. He is always willing to work to get you the best price out there. Very knowledgeable and recommends plans that you will honestly use and does not try and up-sale you on anything. Jessica is also super fantastic. She has a great personality and is very helpful. Average wait time is 20-30min(I always have gone after 5:30pm). Please stop wasting you time with other cell phone companies and their hidden fees, they are truly a flat rate out the door no BS added to your bill company. I've only been with them a short period, but my service is equivalent to Verizon and ATT, and for so much less. My only regret is not switching sooner.
