  • Took my iMac in on July 13, 2015 to have new drive installed. Got a call from them a week later to confirm what needed to be done. Left voice mail on July 28 and Aug 4 requesting update and call back, but never received. Went to facility today and was told my computer was lost and they didn't know where it was. Within five seconds another tech at the store was able to locate it. Nothing had been done at all during this period of time. Total incompetence. I would not recommend using this place.
