I'm just another customer who is going to say the same things as others. I ordered a package from Amazon Prime, it states it was delivered (3 days late) on our front porch, and there was never an actual delivery. We were home all day and we have security cameras, so I know we did not miss it and it was not stolen off our porch. This was a week ago, so I wanted to give it time in case they "scanned the package early". But alas, still no package. Amazon is great and refunded us our money, but I do not understand why they keep doing business with this company. Nor do I understand what this company is doing with our packages??
