| - Over the years, both the spa and the hotel have been going down hill as they concentrate more on making a $ then servicing their customers, and today was the last straw.
I had an appointment scheduled for today, yesterday when they called to confirm, they said that all of the wet area would be closed (hot hubs, steam and sauna). I asked how much of a discount they were offering, as the services you are paying for weren't available...."oh, there is no discount". So I cancelled the appointment, and went into talk with a Manager
I meet with a manager, she confirms that there is no discount, and I ask about if another MGM property, that can offer all the services, will honor the appointment? "I will look into it and get back to you"
Well here we are, I never heard back from the manager, when I called the spa...."she never left any notes, and she is off until Thursday. Did you want to schedule an appointment?"
First you want people to pay for services that you know you will not provide, you don't do what you will say you will do, and then you won't follow up...way to mess-up your "valued guests" vacation!
