| - Very happy to say after frequenting PMS for a couple years.... I found my girl. The perfect stylist for me. I knew she was graduating soon I made one more appointment with her to REALLY make sure she was the one and, obviously, get a great PM cut and color at a great price. The day came!! I get to PM, check in and sit to wait.... I don't see her. Other guests are checking in and being paired with stylists. After a good 10-15 minutes I am approached and I hear the bittersweet words "She graduated last week." Not willing to put my hands into another's hands, I leave, crushed, upset I missed her by a week and upset they flubbed on a scheduling error like this.
The next day I am more gathered and I call PMS. I explain my experience from the afternoon before, I leave my info and they promise to call her and get My Girl in touch with me. My faith in PMS is restored!!
A couple weeks pass, and she never reaches out. Again, I am saddened with PMS thinking they dropped the ball again- "why wouldn't they want their students to create client relationships?" .... but then... a miracle! My Girl finally texts me! She graduated and got a job at a salon in Henderson even closer and more convenient to me.
Although, I have outgrown hair cuts at Paul Mitchell School, I am so thankful they provided me with the best stylist for my hair needs! What could have been a poor experience was SAVED!
