  • Unbelievably rude...every single time! They also have no idea what they are doing. Not helpful at all. They told me my phone was no longer under warranty. They 're either stupid or flat out liars!! Because my phone was and still is under warranty...I went to another store clear across town an hour later and had no problems at all. This flamingo store has about eight people working there at a time....none have ever been friendly or helpful towards me....completely opposite of the store I visited afterwards. So, unfortunately, the store closest to me is full of rudeness and useless employees. Having to go to the other side of town for good service is extremely inconvenient. The entire staff at this flamingo location should be fired....not kidding.
