Horrible recent experience... First day (11-04-2016) of rental they forgot to pick me up after saying they would be right out, waited an hour and then called, they said they would get someone out to pick me, that they had tried to reach me which was not true as I reminded them that mobile phones keep track of missed calls. Last day (11-08-2016) of rental I contacted their office (8:45AM) and advised them that I was done with the rental and was leaving it at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort (LVMR) for their pickup (a regular practice in the past and which I confirmed when picking up the car on 11-04-2016). When I did not receive a copy of an Invoice via Email, I called on 11-14-2016 to inquire what was going on. I was told the car was returned on 11-12-2016. Evidently RVMR called Enterprise to let them know the rental car was still at their facility. I ended up spending an unpleasant half an hour on the phone with Enterprise and they eventually concurred that they had been notified earlier and their charges would reflect an earlier return. Generally I have had satisfactory experiences with Enterprise, however, there is something terribly wrong with the operation of this location.
