  • I went back to try the beef rib. Really excellent and basically tastes just like the brisket only you get twice the amount of meat. No need for a knife--the meat just falls off the bone. I took the bone home for my Lab but that means I'll have to take on the plane. Should be an interesting time at the Pre-Check lane...
