  • "Come check out our new look!" This was the sign that hung in the front window of our neighborhood Starbucks. As I entered it was more sterile than the usual Starbucks, which is saying a lot. Tall stools and straight backed wooden chairs had replaced anything that resembled comfort. It seems as if they don't want you to enjoy a beverage and read a book or have a conversation. I guess that turn over is the mane of the game at this location, I'm going to find somewhere else to spend my money.
