  • I called up Drew on a Friday night (after he closed technically) and told him what was wrong with my sub. He was able to offer me an appointment the next morning. When he took a look at my sub, he determined that the wires were just loose on the connection, so he tightened them up for me for no charge! My sub sounds great again! I appreciated Drew's honesty and generosity. That is what builds a business - I will definitely return to Drew next time I have any car audio needs!
