We made an appointment for 1:00PM. There was only one person waiting when I arrived. When I arrived I was told the car would be done in 45-90 minutes. I walked next door for lunch and arrived back at 2:05PM, the car had not been moved. When I checked in and asked if the car was done they informed me my car was next. They explained the machine they use to do the repairs takes 45 minutes per car and there was another car on the machine. I reminded them that I had been told at 1:00 PM it would be done by 2:30 PM. I was then told it would be another 20-25 minutes before the car could get on the machine and then it would take 45 minutes for the repair. It is very obvious that they must think I was an idiot. Obviously the car that was on the machine was put on after I arrived at 1:00PM for the appointment they gave us. They gave no apology and after a couple minutes I got my keys and went down the street where the car was done in 45 minutes. If someone makes an appointment, is told when they get there that the car will be done in a specific time, and they push you back without any explanation they don't value the customer. I understand that situations arise but then they need to inform the customer.
