| - Worst Dr experience ever!
The receptionist was very nice and the sign in process was simple, all done on a tablet.
That's where the good ends. I was called back at 946am and went to my exam room. At 1054am I haven't heard a peep, no Dr, no assistant advising I'm next, no nurse taking my vitals, nothing! I kept telling myself 5 more minutes and I'm leaving...I finally summoned the courage to leave when I heard the guy across the hall from me leave, stating he couldn't wait anymore and had to get to work. I took that as my cue and also got up and left.
What a horrible experience. The Dr could be fantastic, but I'd never know and never will, because apparently customer service, hell, even general human kindness, is long forgotten in this office!
If you've got a few hours to waste, by all means, go see Dr Chaney.
